These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Corenex services, websites, applications, media systems, and internal operational platforms. By accessing or using Corenex services, you agree to these terms.

Corenex provides products, services, operational systems, marketing platforms, and digital tools related to cleaning technology, industrial operations, and business communications.

Users agree to use Corenex services lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Unauthorized access, misuse, reverse engineering, or interference with Corenex systems, applications, automation tools, or digital infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

## 2. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, media assets, product information, designs, videos, graphics, workflows, software systems, and operational materials associated with Corenex remain the intellectual property of Corenex unless otherwise stated.

Content published through Corenex systems may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.

## 3. Automation & Platform Integrations

Corenex may use authorized third-party platforms and APIs, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, cloud hosting systems, analytics services, and related integrations for operational and marketing purposes.

Access credentials, tokens, and platform authorizations are used solely for authorized publishing, automation, analytics, and workflow management.

Corenex is not responsible for outages, policy changes, limitations, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms or external services.

## 4. Limitation of Liability

Corenex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from the use of our services, systems, websites, applications, or operational tools.

All services and systems are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

## 5. Modifications

Corenex reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, application, workflow, or operational system at any time without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions may also be updated periodically. Continued use of Corenex services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
